Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Customer will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw coupon for every Property listed for sale with any of the agents or buy any listed properties from ReddyG Realty group Pty ltd. Minimum Sell/buy one property per receipt per draw.
2. Employees or associate business partners of ReddyG realty group pty ltd t/a ReddyG Real estate agents, their immediate family members, advertising agencies of ReddyG realty group pty ltd, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
4. The Promotion is open from 01 August 2022 to 09 December 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Draw will be held at ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd office at Shop 2/ 935 Tarneit Road, VIC -329 on 10th December 2022 6pm.
5. Customer will be required to fully complete the lucky draw coupon before depositing it in the designated lucky draw box between 11.00am 01 August 2022 to 06 P.M 09 December 2022, Lucky draw coupons deposited after the stipulated period shall be considered invalid and void.
6. All details and particulars submitted in the lucky draw coupons must be accurate, true, and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible lucky draw forms will be disqualified.
7. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw coupons are picked. at ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd. shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner.
8. at ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd shall contact the Winners via phone/e-mail/mail within seven (7) days of the conduct of the Lucky Draw (“Notification”).
9. Prizes will be given in form of Bank Cheque and to be collected at at ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd office in Tarneit within its operating hours. The Winners are required to redeem their prizes within 14 days from the Notification, failing which, the winner will not be entitled to the prizes.
10. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
11. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by at ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except were prohibited by law.
12. ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond at ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd.’s reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
13. By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against at ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
